This district heating price list and connection fee for detached houses apply to detached houses in Kerava connected to our district heating network.
Effective from 1 June 2026.
Prices include 25.5% VAT.
Connection fee for detached houses
The connection fee for detached houses applies to properties with no more than two residential units and a building volume of up to 1,000 m³.

In addition to the connection fee shown above, the customer will be charged an additional fee for any service connection pipe exceeding 20 metres in length.
The connection fee includes 25.5% VAT. The connection fee is transferable but non-refundable.

V = the heated building volume (m³), calculated in accordance with RT Card 120.12.
The customer is charged a base charge based on the heated building volume, an energy charge based on the district heating energy consumed, and a water charge for the district heating water circulating through the customer’s heating system.

If fuel prices change significantly, the energy charge may be adjusted to reflect the resulting changes in costs. Any such adjustments are made by decision of the Board of Directors of Keravan Energia Ltd and may take effect on a monthly billing basis.
