Changed your mind? Consumer customers have the right to cancel their electricity sales contract within 14 days of concluding the agreement.

Cancel an electricity contract
You can use this form to cancel a new electricity sales contract you have recently concluded. Please note that the cancellation must be made within 14 days of the date of the contract confirmation.
If the cancellation is made after the electricity supply has commenced but before the cancellation period expires, you must pay for the energy already supplied based on actual consumption, as well as any other applicable charges.
Note! “Moving schemes” (manipulating the moving process to circumvent contract terms) are not permitted. If we have reason to suspect such a scheme, we reserve the right to verify that the move actually took place. In the event of a breach of contract, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the outstanding amounts resulting from the premature termination of the contract.
