Indefinitely valid electricity contracts – price list
An indefinitely valid contract is open-ended and more flexible alternative to a fixed-term contract and can be terminated with a notice period of two weeks (14 days). Pricing details related to your contract may change while the contract is in effect, in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. Our spot-price electricity contract, Fiksusähkö, is also an open-ended contract.
The prices apply to electricity connection points for private consumers with a main fuse size of no more than 63 A. These include, for example, apartment units, detached houses, and terraced or semi-detached houses.
Fiksusähkö
The price of Fiksusähkö is determined based on the Nordic electricity exchange. The contract has a 14-day notice period.
Prices include VAT at 25.5% (0% in parentheses).

Kvartaalisähkö
The energy price for Kvartaalisähkö is determined by the market price on the electricity derivatives exchange. The contract is subject to a 14-day notice period for termination.
Kvartaalisähkö prices are updated quarterly:
- January 1st
- April 1st
- July 1st
- October 1st
The pricing for each period is always announced a month before.
The price for each pricing period is known one month before the period takes effect: the price for the first period of the year on the last day of November; the price for the second period on the last day of February; the price for the third period on the last day of May; and the price for the fourth period on the last day of August.
The price includes electricity trading costs as well as other costs, such as profile costs. New prices are announced on this page no later than one month before the start of the pricing period.
