Evästeseloste

Keravan Energia -yhtiöiden verkkosivut käyttävät evästeitä. Evästeet (keksi/cookie) ovat pieniä tiedostoja, jotka tallentuvat käyttäjän verkkoselaimeen. Evästeet jakautuvat alaryhmiin: välttämättömät evästeet, toiminnalliset evästeet, suorituskykyevästeet ja mainonnan evästeet.
Sivustollamme käytetään evästeitä verkkosivun käyttökokemuksen parantamiseksi ja markkinoinnin kohdentamiseen, sekä erilaisten lisätoimintojen, kuten chatbot-asiakaspalvelun toteuttamiseksi. Evästeet auttavat meitä ymmärtämään miten sivustoamme käytetään, ja miten sivustoa tulisi kehittää.
Käytämme joitakin palvelun toiminnan kannalta pakollisia kolmannen osapuolen työkaluja tai liitännäisiä. Tällaisia työkaluja ovat esimerkiksi sivustoilla olevat sosiaalisten medioiden tai videopalveluiden upotukset tai sosiaalisten medioiden jako- ja tykkäystoiminnallisuudet. Tällaiset kolmannen osapuolen liitännäiset saattavat lisäksi kerätä verkkopalveluiden käyttäjistä tietoja esimerkiksi sisällön suosittelemiseksi tai kävijämäärän seuraamiseksi.
Käytämme seuraavia kolmannen osapuolen asettamia evästeitä sivustolla: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Leadoo, Hotjar, Youtube, LinkedIn ja Facebook sekä PiwikProCore. Nämä evästeet eivät tallenna tunnistettavissa olevia henkilötietoja, mutta ne voivat tunnistaa selaimesi sekä laitteen, jolla olet verkossa. Leadoo käyttää etag seurantaa joka teknisesti eroaa keksipohjaisesta seurannasta, mutta johon pätee samat lainalaisuudet kuin evästeisiin. Yhdistämme tämän datan käyttäjän itse antamiin tietoihin joita kerätään chatbot-interaktioiden kautta. Sivuston kävijöiltä kysytään suostumus evästeiden käyttöön. Evästeitä pääsee muokkaamaan sivulla vasemmasta alakulmasta löytyvästä painikkeesta. Sivustolta löytyvät evästeet ja niiden ominaisuudet löytyvät evästebannerin ”Yksityiskohdat”-valikosta. Huom. Miten yleisimmillä selaimilla voi estää evästeet?
- Google Chrome: Vaihda evästeiden asetuksia klikkaamalla ”Asetukset” ja ”Tietosuoja”.
- Internet Explorer: Evästeiden asetukset löytyvät kohdasta ”Työkalut”, ”Internet-asetukset” ja ”Tietosuoja”. Sieltä voit asettaa liukusäätimen kohtaan ”Estä kaikki evästeet”.
- Firefox: Asetukset löytyvät kohdasta ”Työkalut”, ”Asetukset” ja ”Tietosuoja”.
- Safari: Evästeiden asetuksiin pääset klikkaamalla ”Asetukset” ja ”Tietosuoja”.
Evästeasetukset. Käytämme evästeitä tarjoamamme sisällön ja mainosten räätälöimiseen, sosiaalisen median ominaisuuksien tukemiseen ja kävijämäärämme analysoimiseen. Lisäksi jaamme sosiaalisen median, mainosalan ja analytiikka-alan kumppaneillemme tietoja siitä, miten käytät sivustoamme. Kumppanimme voivat yhdistää näitä tietoja muihin tietoihin, joita olet antanut heille tai joita on kerätty, kun olet käyttänyt heidän palvelujaan.
